As Kelly said, check your coolant level first. It may be low. The thermostat may be stuck open. Does the needle on the temperature gauge on the dash go up to the 1/4 mark while driving? It should. If not, replace the thermostat with a 195°F thermostat. Your heater core may be clogged. Or lastly, the cable, under the dash, that operates the temperature door may be disconnected or broken.
