My Reverse Lights Or My Horn doesnt Works In My 92 chevrolet Caprice. I cant figure out the Problem. I checked all the fueses. What Else Could It Be?

The reverse lights could be the bulbs burned out or the neutral safety switch is bad. The horn is most likely the switch on the steering wheel. I bought my '93 Caprice (same steering wheel) brand new. During the 19 years I owned it I must have replaced the horn switch, on the steering wheel, at least a dozen times! Not because I always honk the horn. Because I believe it was a bad design. HTH. -Jim
