Where is the a/c fuse located.

My 92 Wagon shows a full charge but comppressor wont engage.

Your wagon is too new for the thermal limiter fuse, did you try to jumper the A/C compressor to see if the clutch works? If it works jumped then I would check out the limiter switches, both low and high, one of them may be open circuit if the system is fully charged.
