My car will drive so far then gives a slight jurk and
sometimes stalls but cranks right back up wit no
problem . The check engine light comes on but
goes off once it comes to a stop I replaced o2
sensor the cat map sensor and throttle positioning
sensor and redid all vacuum lines what could b the  
problem

Did you scan for the 2 digit codes?.....http://www.obd- codes.com/faq/read-gm-2-digit-obd-codes-free.php...post which ones you get and we can help further.

I took it to a shop to see what code came and it told me throttle positioning sensor and low voltage to map sensor so I replaced both today and it still doing it

a lot of times those codes don't mean that the sensor is bad, but something else causing the sensor to trip a code. Diagnostic work is required.
