Why can't I bleed my rear brakes on my 92 buick roadmaster

First try turning the key on then bleed them, if still no fluid you may have an air pocket in the antilock unit. It may have a bleeder on it, some of the older ones had one. If that's a bust then check the master cylinder and make sure it is feeding fluid to the rear lines.
