My door handles on both sides don't work do I need to replace the doors or can it be fixed without replacing the doors

It can be fixed. Take the inner door panels off and soak everything that looks like it would move with penetrating oil. Get it all freed up and the apply real oil to everything that moves. Penetrating oil does not lubricate for long.
