drivers side front window has no power, it makes no sound and will not move at all up or down. The other 3 windows work fine. what is wrong? 99 buick park ave.

before the window died I heard loud clicking noise.  rolled the window up and
down once or twice, then nothing.  no sounds, no movement.

Usually it is the regulator, it breaks or frays the internal cable drive, so you wind up needing to replace the whole unit.
