Check the oil and transmission fluid dipsticks and see if they look OK. You might have coolant migrating there via a failed gasket if you can't see or smell any leaking. That might be giving you the rough idle, or you could be burning it. How much are you loosing a day or week? You can also try cleaning your throttle body of carbon to see if that helps the idle.
