I replaced ignition control module and coils and car still will not start both keys are chipped does that make a difference?

When i turn the key the engine turns over however it will not start. I can hear the fuel pump
engage and the plugs are all new. The car is a 1994 buick park avenue any advice greatly
appreciated.

If the antithieft is activated on most of this model it will not crank over, I suspect that the crank sensor is bad as it is a high fail item and you have already replaced the other 2 high fail items.
