91 BUICK PARK Avenue

My 91 Buick has had new plugs and wires,new
sensors, new belts, new battery, new fuel pump,
coil, coil pack,  ignition harness (but seen where
they spliced the wires) even new  Timing chain. Yet
it still want run more then a minute or two.
