How much will it cost me to replace the air conditioner compressor in my 2005 buick lesaber?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 2005 buick lasaber limited is now making a loud noise when I turn on the air conditioner.  If I
put it on level 1 or 2 the sound is there but very quiet.  The higher the force, the loader the
noise.  I live in the country and this seems to be so sudden.  Could a mouse be causing this
noise...? How do I get tot he fan to check and see if a mouse is caught in there.

Could be the blower is faulty. TO get to the fan you will most probably need to remove parts of the whole dash. Have someone diagnose it for you. My guess that it's not your AC compressor.
