icm on my 2004 buick laSber 3.8 go out often ? i reaD THAT THE PROBLM maybe other places what can them places be ?

replaced icm 4 times in the last 6 mo

I'd check the voltage going to the control module. Check for a bad ground for the control module. Check the coil packs for primary and secondary resistance. Something must be causing the control modules to fail. Can't see you getting that many defects from the auto parts store! HTH. -Jim
