How many things can be wrong with a P0171 cde? I have cleaned the MAF with the correct cleaner, put in saefoam, checked for vacuum leaks.

Keep checking for the vacuum leak. It's after the MAF somewhere. Start the car, open the hood and get start moving hoses around, listen for hissing/leak. You can spray some carb cleaner around and you idle should increase. Worst case you can have the car smoke tested at your local garage.

Thank you , I will give it a try.

I tried moving vac. hoses around and spraying. Also I tried spraying near the intake manifold, MAF sensor base, etc and no increase whatsoever in R. P.M. About 8 months ago it thru the same code but went away after a couple of days( and cleaning the MAF sensor.I used MAF cleaner spray) Mike
