Will I need a lift kit for 2003 buick lesabre custom I want 22 inch wheels on it

That's 7 inch taller rims than factory so I doubt you will even get them under the fenders without some major suspension, body and tire modifications. FWD vehicles are really hard to do custom work too without spending an arm and a leg getting there.
