So by your description, you already replaced the back window motors or regulators. So is the driver side front now giving you a problem? These year GM products have a high failure rate with the power windows. GM won't help you as the car is 13 years old. Things do fail. Who is doing the repairs? a dealer or local mechanic? A dealer will cost more money. Nothing you can do but repair it. That means taking off the inner door panel and replacing the parts. Sorry , but there is no easy magic fix.

this is actually THE COMMON Problem with this car. most of them have this same issue - absoluytely the year 2002 had this issue no matter what the miles. I'm actually looking to find out WHEN THIS PROBLEM WAS FIXED! What Year if any did Buick finally fix this defect - should be a recall!

The window "guides" in these cars swell up and "grab" the window such that it won't go up/down. If you purchase a can of "Liquid Wrench" or Lithium Grease and spray it in the window tracks you will find that the windows travel up/down much better. There are several videos to this affect on Youtube.
