2002 Buick LeSabre 3.8L

Just changed out all three coil packs wiring is put back on correct and car runs rough any
ideas?

Check the plugs and wires they could be bad. If they were changed already. The ecm is what you mount the coils to. That could possibly be the problem.

Dont forget your car needs to adjust to the new coils.
