ihe car was running very bad it runsway better but still is missing my coil which controls number 1 and 4 cylinders showed no spark so i changed it it stillhas a miss but runs way better could i possibly need a igniter to make sure all cylinders are firing
I'm suspecting your ignition relay~ https://www.google.com/#q=2002+Buick+LeSabre+ignition+relay
I assume you have the 3800 series 2 engine, when was the last time you changed the plug wires? These coils use the plug wires as a polarity unit, when one plug is positive and firing the other is negative and it switches back and forth so if you have a bad wire that coil can't switch properly causing a misfire.
might be the ignition module under the ignition coil. are one and four on the same ignition module piece?
