i changed both oxygen sensors spark plugs and wiresi changed my number 1 and 4 coil which showed no spark car still misses could my igniter be bad and cause miss

ihe car was running very bad it runsway better but still is missing my coil which controls number 1 and 4 cylinders showed no spark so i changed it it stillhas a miss but runs way better could i possibly need a igniter to make sure all cylinders are firing

might be the ignition module under the ignition coil. are one and four on the same ignition module piece?
