2001 Buick Lesabre does not start ,when you turn the key the lights come on and that is it. it did this before I moved the steering wheel to make sure it was in the lock position ,after I did this a couple of time it started.do you have any ideas?

Check your battery voltage, should be 12.3 or higher. Also inspect the ignition cylinder or ignition switch for issues.
