Ok gang...having a problem here. 2000 buick lesabre limited. 3800 series motor. Radiator fans aren't working. Relays and fuses have been changed, along with the 190° thermostat and temperature control sensor directly below thermostat......dont Know Where to go from here....seriously stumped. Just replaced the dual fan unit and tested the old unit. One fan was bad.....anyone have any ideas?

YOUR SAYING THE IS POWER TO BOTH FANS???CORRECT?

IS IT GOING TO A GROUND VIA THE TEN/FAN SENSORS?

Unplug the coolant temperature sensor located just below the thermostat and start the engine. The check engine or service engine soon light will be on because the sensor is unplugged. Ignore it. Both fans should immediately come on and be running at high speed. If so, that basically rules out everything except for the coolant temperature sensor. You have 3 fan relays in the underhood fuse box. Two are 4 pin and one is a 5 pin relay. The 4 pin relays are for each fan individually. The 5 pin (high speed) relay is for both fans together. If all these components are good you'll need to check the PCM by using a scan tool to command the fans on manually for testing purposes. If the PCM doesn't recognize the commands it's faulty.
