what kind of oil should i use in my car?

Whatever the owners manual recommends.

5W30 but it is up to you to decide if you want to go with synthetic or conventional oils. The thing is if you go synthetic you have to stay synthetic, you can't switch back or the possibility of oil leaks may occur.
