all the lights on the dash come on but there is no spark when I turn the key

I have a 2005 Buick LeSabre, it ran hot one morning and i heard this clicking noise coming from the engine like the valves were'nt getting oil or something. Now when a crank it the engine runs like it has a bad plug or two and there is constant bubbling into the water reservoir while it's running. I have been told that it's a blown head gasket and am asking around too see if that's what it is or could it be something else, the constant bubbling in the water reservoir is what has got me? but anyone that could give me some suggestions on what it is would be much appreciated. 4 Answers

2005 Buick LeSabre, 68,129 miles, 2nd owner of the car, regular maintenence has been kept on car, checked oil and filter when happened and less than 1\4 cup of oil in filter.

What caused my 2004 Buick LeSabre to abruptly die and when I start it, it just spits sputters , it runs a bit then dies. Repeat and does the same, when I step on the gas it spits sputters n dies. 3 Answers
