My 12 Volt cigarette lighter/ phone charging port does not work consistently. I thought maybe because the ports are loose or a shortage in the electrical system. Does anyone know what it could be?

The lighter socket it self,if it work,s randomly,

Ok. I'll check the fuses. If good I'll try replacing the socket. Thank you.

Check connector to the socket. I have had mine get loose. It was the right one that came loose.
