just put a radio in my 99 buick lesabre   got it all together. now my windows dont work at all from any switch not a
novice at this but this has me going nuts and does the window breaker blow or act like a real breaker and reset
itself

stupid q here: after market radio, or factory? are they on the same fuse? if so, (check there may be more than one fuse for the same circuit), disconnect the radio again, confirm both fuses are good then retry the windows, if they are operating, then an internal short or glitch is causing it in the radio, or (no offense), a wire was crossed somewhere. the ter m (breaker) is more common in house electricity, you mean relay, if so, yes relays reset themselves.

thanks but i found the problem your right i over looked a fuse (accessory fuse) go figure .And yes under the hood there is a breaker in the Maxi-fuse pannel it says pwr wndo C/B(circuit breaker) 30 amp ,and the relay is right below it ...color me puzzled also i didnt belive it if i didnt see it myself there is 2 of them didnt read the other one but its a 25a C/B Thank you sooooo much for your time and quick responce
