Buick century start problem

I have a 2003 Buick century that when left sitting for
a hour or longer it  will not start up right away I have
to crank it a multiple times but it will stay running
when turned , I changed the spark plugs, air and
fuel filter and also the fuel pump relay but still same
results

Check for a leaking fuel pressure regulator
