on my 2002 buick century's dash, the anti lock is lighten up as well as my service car soon light. what does this mean?

You have a failure in the anti lock brake system is the anti lock light, and you have a problem with the computer control system it the service engine soon light. Both systems have fault codes that you will have to get pulled for you before you can go any further with diagnosis.
