have a 99 Buick Century brand new radiator both hoses on tight new radiator cap and new waterpump still leaking coolant and over heating. any suggestions

Have a 1999 buick century.  3.1 engine.  Overheating losing coolant.  
Band new radiator with new upper
And lower hoses on tight.  New rristor cap and new. Water pump.  We
cant find where its leaking and losing coolant.  Still over Heating.  We
have also. Bled the air out.  Any idea what to do now?  Thanks

Pressure test the cooling system. The system should hold 16 PSI for 15 minutes, minimum. If not, it's leaking somewhere. If no external leaks are found/seen it's probably the head gasket. The GM 3.1 is notorious for blowing head gaskets. HTH. -Jim
