My battery keeps dying in my 1998 Buick century custom and the Only fuses drawing current while the car is off are the ABS, BCM

I take you have a multi-meter to know which fuses are passing power through them while car is off. How much does it draw total, with your meter between the Neg- battery post and disconnected ground cable? More than 0.5 amps?
