Heater/a/c switch

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Can change the speed of the fan but cannot change where the air is coming out of.  Plus the force is not a great as it was before therefore not cooling the van very good.  Defroster probably will not work for this winter.  Yes, need new vehicle but cannot afford it.

    Just purchased a 2005 Chrysler town and country. The A/C doesn't work, nor the heater. Nothing blows out of the vents when you turn it on. Suggestions before we buy a whole new A/C system?
