It takes 10 - 15 minutes for my 2006 Chrysler Town & Country heat to kick on. When it does it is plenty warm, but it just takes a long time to start.

Check your coolant level first. You may need to replace the thermostat. Make sure your radiator fan doesn't come one when you vehicle is cold.
