05 town & country the trak off light and abs light coming on the mechanic said it was a low voltage reading what cn cause this

Low voltage input is a wheel speed sensor that is defective. That system reads wheels speed/slippage to apply just the right amount of brake using the abs system.

Trac/abs are a married system
