What year rear drive axel are compatible with a 1993 Chevy suburban?

Need one from another 4x4 as they are 6 lug, 2-wheel drive is 5 lug. They are pretty universal, just count the number of splines, and dia. of the shaft, and length to match up. So one out of a 3/4 ton will not work, to narrow it down.
