i have a 2003 town and country and when i drive it sounds like i have 2 flat tires

There are some Panels under the car and in the wheel wells that may have come loose, causing that sound, something could be caught on a wheel or an axle.

I have a 2093 town & county Chrysler I changed battery relay fuses alternator and it won't go over 40 mph and it sounds like something is bowling
