My turn signals don't work and when I try to use them the instrument cluster goes bazerk?

My turn signals on my 2002 chrysler town
and country don't work and when I try to use
them the instrument cluster goes bazerk? I
checked the iod fuse it's fine? What other
fuse or relay controls that?

It sounds more like a grounding problem to me, there are ground attachments on both sides of the dash's center support, you might want to start there.
