Help, does anyone no the right size alernator for a 2002 Chrysler Town and Country 3.8L with a/c, is it a 140 or 160 amp. and why. What would happend if i put the wrong one in ?????????

There really isn't a wrong one. Both will work. The one with more amps will recharge the battery faster after a start up. If you make many short trips you may want the faster recharge.
yes , more is better the size remains the same , and the bolting up should remain the same , the dif is in the copper windings and the electronics and would only make your electric system stronger

Whst size motor 3.3. 3.8. Go to parts store tell them what you have thats it
