I just put a new computer in my 2000 Town and Country 3.8 motor and it will not start what can I do

Jeff for the vehicle 2000 Town and
Country 3.8 motor but it is not set
up for the anti-theft what can I do

even though I put in a new computer I meant is it is flashed for the car does that mean that it's also flashed for the anti theft
