my 2000 town&country keeps cutting off and we I start it back up it fills like it not getting any gas. What could it be?
It starts but is idled low also when I push on the gas it acts like its not getting gas, then it may kick in and go
I would think the check engine light is on and would lean towards the mass air flow sensor or throttle position sensor. You would need to have it checked at your local parts house, they usually will check it for free.
Thank you Mark for your help. I will get that check first thing in the morning. How about prices for labor? Will it be a do it yourself job or will I have to let a pro handle it.
If you can get the diagnostics done at the parts house for free they will even show you the location of the part and it's easy to replace, if that's it. All you would probably need is a cross tip/Phillips screw driver and maybe a small 1/4 inch socket set.
Thanks alot Mark. I know just the place for this
There is no mass air flow sensor on your van, most like fuel related problem if it idles, with no accel. Check fuel pressure.
