'99 town and country stuck in nuetral

Asked by Dec 30, 2016 at 08:18 AM about the 1999 Chrysler Town & Country Limited LWB FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My '99 t&c has never had trans problems
but yesterday it started sticking when
going into overdrive and by the end of the
day it only has nuetral and will not shift out
of neutral. Does this mean my trans is bad
or can it possibly be another problem?

Could be just the linkage. Your going to have it towed to your nearest garage for a diagnosis. Is the fluid level and condition fine? If your '99 T&C has over 120K, I would expect transmission issues by this point.
