I have a 2006 crystler sebring and the horn doesn't work. I was told that I needed a fuse. Well, I don't know where the fuse to the horn is. Could you tell me or show me.

hi your horn is feed by fuse #8 in the junction block under the hood this feeds a horn relay which is in the same area ...if you have power at the fuse you can then remove the relay and jump it to see if the horn works ( I have added a wiring diagram ) if the horn works then you may have a clock spring issue ....check to see if everything else in the steering wheel is working ...cruise control air bag radio controls if equipped. hope this helps and good luck.
