2006 pt cruiser/automatic windows/now won't go up

my pt cruiser only has 60,000 miles on it, i heard the windows have  a seperate battery/it this something I would able to fix

The power windows use the same 12.6 volt battery the vehicle starts with. If they all stopped working start by checking the fuse for them. If its just one 1 window check the window regulator its the motor and cable that lifts and lowers the window behind the door panel, inside the door. Check all windows and all switches first!

i have a 2005 and when the windows wouldnt move i was told to take the negative ground off on the battery for 15 to 30 min and then when you rehook it you will hear the computer reset and they should all work again
