I have a 06 xB...I have recently put a intake
manifold on it and the dash board lite up... Check
engine VSC and Trac off all came on at the same
time..I did expect that but have tried a few things

I have 2012 Scion XB. Check engine and track lights were on. Mileage is 329K (329000). I fixed them with replacing the MAF with new Denso MAF. I tried with new Duralast MAF but my car didn't perform good. Get New Denso MAF to fix check engine and track lights. My Scion XB still runs like champion. Don't by cheap or remanufactured MAF or you will loose your money on gas, failed smog check, poor performance.

make sure all of your tubes are tightened up and that lil clip and the sensor have clean connectors, I had the same issue, so I went back, tightened all my screws, cleaned the connectors with some electronic connector cleaner, and the problem went away.. I suspect it was because one of my worm clamps wasnt screwed down tightly enough//

cOy_7tH_aVe We are having this same issue with our ‘06 xB. Did you ever find a solution?

My car is back at the dealership for the fifth time in a row this time. I’ve had the purge valve replaced, the intake purge valve replaced, Wiring replaced, hose connection reinforced… Can’t wait for this next time. I know somethings up when they tell me they drove it up and down the road in front of the dealership and the odometer didn’t change. This is Toyota for goodness sake. We love our 2005 and don’t want to replace it.
