2007 Honda Odyssey EX Air Conditioner

Hello, i have a 2007 Honda Odyssey EX. The AC works
when drivinh but not at idle. The first thing i checked was
the freon. The freon was a lottle high bit nothing to
extreme. The secomd thing i checked was if the fan was
working, which one was and one wasnt. So i started
checking all my fuses and found the Condensor Fan fuse
was blown. I replaced it and it started to work. Got back in
the car and the AC is still blowing hot air inless driving. Got
back home 10 mins later and the fuse had blown.

WHAT COULD BE CAUSING MY FUSE TO BLOW?

Pleade help! 7 kids and in Florida Summer right now!!
