I have a 2007 Honda cr-v awd... it started making a ticking noise. Is that a bent push rod?

The 2007 Honda engine would be overhead camshaft so there are no push rods in that sort of engine. Was it ran low on oil or overheated?

My oil is at 80% and not overheating.
