cavalier wont start

I have a 93 cavalier that wont. Has new battery,  
starter, alternator. But when I turn the key, nothing.
Dash light light up, but no crank. Please help!

12.4vdc. If battery is good, check battery cables for corrosion and make sure they're tight. If everything checks out ok, check voltage at the starter solenoid when u try to start it
