How to remove the steel plat the caliper bolts to?

I broke off the 2 long bolts that hold on my caliper.
Easy outs did not work and broke off inside the
bolts. Need to remove the plate and bring to a

Just buy a reman. caliper with the new bracket. Less of a headache and cost. To remove what you have you will need to drill it out, (go through multiple bits) to get it out and then helicoil/re-thread the bracket.
