jeep Unlimited 2006 "Power Distribution Center" fuse box. fuse labeled Access #2. what is it for and would that system stop my New alternator from charging my new battery?

http://carwiringdiagram.net/2006-jeep-p-0443-engine-fuse-box-diagram/ ...for reasons unknown not able to find fuse map for Wrangler. Plenty of Cherokee, even Willys Jeep from WWII and diagrams as obscure as a 1957 Edsel power seat wiring schematic. Think anybody could find that if trying to? ...Suggestion is change the fuse anyway, even if it looks good and see what happens. Also check all grounds, including the cable from the -negative battery post to wherever it grounds to frame/chassis ...every connection actually
