How do you turn on the 4 wheel drive?

I believe this has the lever like my wife's 2007 Liberty. You can pull back the lever to whichever 4WD option you want, at anywhere up to 55 mph. Same deal if it has electronic 4WD, you simply turn the knob to the 4WD setting you want.

I would suggest always putting the transmission in neutral before putting the transfer case in 4x4. ALWAYS put it in neutral before going to low range. Pull the lever back.

No one seems to be able to tell us exactly how to turn it on/use. Mine is a 2005 laredo. There is no T shift handle, there is no nuetral button to hold in with a pen as the manual suggests. There is a plus and minus buttons that do not depress. With the shift in drive,l you move the shift left or right and see the D on the dash change to 1,2,3,4 . Is that the 4 wheel drive, no!
