2007 Pontiac Grand prix tail lights are not working what is the problem

The tail lights are not working. We have tried several fixes and nothing
works. What is the problem

there is NO grounding getting to the light sockets~

My tail lights do not work on my 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix but my blinkers and my brakes light work what’s the problem
