What pressure should radiator cap be? After running normal temperature when stoped itblows coolant out the resivor overflow???

Sounds like its operating normally to me. It's unlikely it has failed on a car that new. If in doubt though you could have your system pressure tested, or simply buy a new cap and change it. They're not all that expensive.
