Low beans on 07 Gran Prix don't work

I have a 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix
gt the low beans are not working
bulbs are good fuse is good GM
had a recall on the relay how old
can the car be before GM can fix
it

Recalls issued by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration never ever expire. So if your vehicle is involved in the recall your local GM Dealer will fix it for free. They can tell if your vehicle is involved by the VIN. Hope that helps! Jim
