How can I tell if recent purchased 2007 Pontiac Grand Prix has Auto Start?
Recently purchased used 2007 Grand Prix. Only came with one key, no key
fob's. Also, no Owner Manual in car when purchased. I would like to order key
FOB's. How do I know which key fob's to order?
Take a picture of the RPO sticker that's usually located on the inside of the trunk lid. It says do not remove in big letters and has letters and numbers in groups of three on it. Those are your specific vehicle's option codes. Show this to the parts counter at your local GM Dealer. They can decode the options listed on the sticker and tell you if you have that option. If so you can order fobs from eBay. They'll come with programming instructions. That's how I found out my 2000 Grand Prix has keyless entry. I bought new fobs and programmed them myself in just a few minutes. HTH. -Jim
Thanks Jim. I will check. Mike
