car problem

I have a 2007 grand prix Pontiac and it was
doing great my uncle was hook in my wire
bk up to my radio and when he was done I
go to crank up it wouldn't turn over for
anything the battery is brand new and I know
I have had recalls on it but I never took it
what could be my problem

Did he disconnect the battery? If so th security system has been activated, just run the deactivate procedure listed in the owners manual.
